Delian Project
The Center for Democratic Governance and Rule of Law is a research and policy development institute established at the Ohio Northern University to create a space in the academic community for the development and promulgation of ideas in the field of democratic governance and rule of law. The center and its team are engaged directly in the rule of law and governance development projects around the world.
The Delian Project is a Canadian international Non-Governmental Organization dedicated to helping jurisdictions implement positive change in the democratic voting process through the application of technology. The Delian Project brings together members of the electoral technology sector to support emerging democracies. The use of electoral technology improves the integrity of the vote count and instills public confidence in its legitimacy. The ultimate result is a more free and fair election.
